Summer Supper Somm

SummerSupperSomm returns for its sixth season with 23 immersive heirloom tomato and Virginia Wine dinners hosted at leading restaurants, wineries, and destinations across the Commonwealth running from July 8 to August 23. From Richmond to the mountains and coast, the series brings together chefs, growers, and winemakers to celebrate peak summer flavor. Each event features a multi-course menu highlighting rare heirloom tomatoes from Village Garden RVA, paired with exceptional Virginia wines.

Rooted in seasonality and community, SummerSupperSomm is more than a dinner, it is a celebration of Virginia’s agricultural richness. Guests can expect storytelling woven throughout the evening, from heirloom history to guided tastings that connect each dish to the glass. 2026 Featured Events: 

Beyond the plate, SummerSupperSomm remains dedicated to supporting Greater Richmond SCAN (Stop Child Abuse Now). With over $21,000 raised since inception, the 2026 series will continue its fundraising efforts through silent auctions of heirlooms, limited-edition merchandise and original botanical artwork. This year the series artist is Emily Franklin of Virginia Beach, who has created dozens of works for notable charity efforts.
