Commercial Grape Report

The Commercial Wine Grape Report is conducted on behalf of the Virginia Wine Board with management from the Virginia Vineyards Association (VVA) and data collection by the Virginia Wine Board Marketing Office (VWBMO).

2025 Commercial Grape Report

The 2025 Commercial Grape Report survey is now open. Responses are due by January 2.

All information will be collected through a combined survey rather than in separate parts. The first section on vineyard acreage will now allow multiple vineyard sites to be submitted in one survey response.

The second section, focused on the crush report, will allow wineries reporting processed fruit to upload data via spreadsheet or by entering it directly to the survey, if preferred. You can view the spreadsheet template here. Existing harvest spreadsheets are acceptable if they include varietal, county grown, total tonnage processed, and price paid for purchased fruit and will be attached to the survey response.
